interesting idea. i would be curious if it is just a common room that is a space to display art, or more like a venture that looks to facilitate the sale of artwork, builds a network of clients, etc. i've myself thought of simply putting a display cabinet in a hallway to have rotating artworks shown so we can learn about what our neighbors are making, but then i never actually did anything of the like because i worried about them disappearing. that said, i would be more interested in the version that helps us make a living making things...
