Spring Open House & 20th Anniversary Celebration!

Manufacturers Village in East Orange is excited to open its doors for its 3rd annual Spring Open House on Saturday, April 18th, and Sunday, April 19th, 2026!

This year marks a major milestone: twenty years since the very first Open Studios event at Manufacturers Village! For two decades, the 65+ artists in these historic buildings have welcomed the public into their creative spaces. Join us this spring to explore the work and studios of professional painters, sculptors, woodworkers, quilters, designers, printmakers, photographers, multi-media artists, and more.

 

A Free Weekend of Art, History, and Community

The Spring Open House weekend is a free event designed to fuse art, architecture, community, and inspiration. It's your chance to:

• Meet the artists, view their latest work, and purchase original pieces directly from the creators.

• Get inspired to start a new artistic pursuit or connect with others in the local community.

• Give lovers of history and architecture a rare opportunity to explore these well-preserved historic buildingswith a self-guided tour.

 

View the Iconic Black Lives Matter Mural

Visitors will also be able to view the East Orange Community Black Lives Matter Mural, one of the state's largest murals. Painted in the spring of 2021, this 9,000 square foot mural was created by sixteen artists from the greater East Orange community and is a powerful sight to behold.
