On Saturday between 4:30 and 6:00 pm, the back window of a visitor's car parked in the Franklin Street lot was smashed and some of her belongings in the car were stolen. Please be careful and try to avoid leaving items in your vehicles in view in order to deter potential theft or break in (Hopefully).
